Milestone-Based Payments

For projects using milestone-based payment structures, refunds will only be considered for milestones that have not yet been initiated. Once a milestone is approved and signed off, the payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation Before Project Start

If you decide to cancel a project before we have started work, we will refund 100% of your deposit minus any administrative fees (typically 10% or ₹5,000, whichever is lower).

SEO & Digital Marketing Services

Monthly Service Plans

Monthly SEO and digital marketing service fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun. Services are billed in advance for the upcoming month.

Contract Terms

If you have signed a multi-month contract, early termination may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement. Please review your contract for specific terms.

Results and Performance

While we strive to deliver measurable results, SEO and digital marketing outcomes can vary based on many factors. Refunds are not provided based on performance expectations, as these services involve ongoing efforts and industry variables beyond our control.

Custom Development

Custom AI automation and integration services are tailored specifically to your business needs. Once development has commenced, payments are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of the work.

Scope Changes

If project scope changes significantly after work has begun, we will work with you to adjust timelines and costs accordingly. Any additional fees are non-refundable once the revised work commences.
